Stock errors
Adverse weather conditions
Logistical or transport restrictions
Situations that may compromise the welfare of the animal

Replace the specimen upon prior agreement with the customer
Issue a store credit
Fully or partially refund the corresponding amount

These situations shall not give rise to any additional compensation.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT).

Prices may be modified at any time, although the prices in force at the time of purchase shall always apply.

During weeks with public holidays, shipments may be affected. It is recommended to consult in advance.

Delays caused by logistical, meteorological or external circumstances beyond the seller's control shall not be considered breaches.

The animals offered are living beings and may present natural variations in:

Pattern
Behavior
Activity level
Development, growth or evolution

Such variations shall not be considered a lack of conformity or product defect.

The customer acknowledges that, due to the biological nature of the product, reasonable differences may exist between the specimens shown and those delivered.
